You are entitled to a free support by email, if you have downloaded any of our products. You can send support requests to support@jardesignky.com

or use the form below. Be sure to include as much data as possible concerning your problem. Below are a few suggestions that help us to help you:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your email -address
  3. Name of the application
  4. Version number (available from the "About" -screen of your application)
  5. Platform (eg. PC, Unix, Palm IIIc, Handspring Visor Prism...)
  6. Operating system (eg. Windows 98, RedHat Linux 5.2, Palm OS® 3.5...)
  7. What exactly happens? (eg. application crashes, system hangs, something peculiar happens...)
  8. Can we reproduce the problem, and if so, what do we have to do?
  9. Is there some sort of error message?

Diagnostic program

Diagnostic program creates a zip -file which contains a lot of useful information we can use to help you. Any data you send will be used only to help us solve your problem, and it will be deleted after the problem has been solved, or at your request.
